Another satisfied customer – Air Conditioning Systems

Good morning Sean,

Thank you again for all of your help with our air conditioning systems. It was refreshing to work with professionals who not only got the job done but took the time to explain everything as well. Taking the time to educate is a step often missed in customer service today. Taunton Trades is definitely the kind of company that we would feel confident in recommending to our customers!

Another satisfied customer – Furnace Inspection

This customer was getting his home ready to be listed for sale and wanted to be sure that there would be no issues with the heating system.

Sean ,
Thank you for your quick response to my inquiry about servicing and checking the furnace in my home.
Your associate Justin attended on April 7 and was a true professional taking time to explain the areas of the furnace he was checking for possible problems. I was happy to find that the furnace was in good shape with no issues.
Again thank you for your quick response and I will be utilizing your company for all future hvac needs.
I will happily refer your company to my friends and family when they are in need of heating or air conditioning maintenance or replacement .

Thanks again,
Guy Blacklock

Thank you so much for the great service.

I had an issue with my pool heater in that it would not heat up my pool when running the unit. I called Taunton Trades and they helped me right away. They came to my house and replaced the parts that were needed and even stayed to make sure the issue was corrected for me. I would refer Taunton Trades to everyone needing their services.

On behalf of us as well as our grandchildren we all thank you for the nice warm pool.

Great job guys!!!

Justin Potter

After the purchase of our first brand new construction house, we began calling around for quotes for a Central Air Conditioner and a Humidifier and after a referral to Taunton Trades from one of our neighbours, decided to give them a call. We were completely satisfied with the great customer service that was offered over the phone, answering all of our questions and making me feel comfortable. We decided to go ahead with them and had them come out to our house to install the units.

The individuals that came out to our house were very polite and answered even more of my questions, as I watched them, because I am always curious about this kind of stuff. They didn’t mind me bugging them at all and in the end I had a very clean install both inside and outside the house and couldn’t be happier with the results. I am now in the process of looking for the same sort of items for my second brand new construction house and they are more than willing to answer my questions again.

Thanks

- Justin Potter

Year Round Cottage Property in Georgina Township

These pictures are from a job that was done at a year round cottage property in the Duclos Point area of Georgina Township at the southern end of Lake Simcoe.  We removed an old furnace and installed a new furnace with air conditioning.  The customer also requested additional return ducts to promote better circulation from areas of the cottage that would tend to get hotter during the summer time.

Old Forest Hill Job

These pictures are from a job we did in the Old Forest Hill area of Toronto.  This house is heated by hot water radiators meaning that there was no duct work to provide the circulation of air.  Their only option for efficiently cooling their bedrooms (and by default the rest of the house due to natural circulation) was to use 2 multi zone ductless air conditioning systems.

New Pool Heater in Durham Region

These pictures are of a new pool heater installation within Durham Region that involved relocating the new heater from its original position as well as the addition of a puck type chlorinator and the necessary valves to allow the customer to bypass the heater while maintaining circulation to the pool and valves to allow for controlling water flow to the various jets in the pool.

Mount Albert Heated Floor

Here is a project we did just outside of Mount Albert.  The client built a new garage to house his classic cars, motorcycle and snowmobile.  He was set against them getting cold so we were contracted to design, supply and install an in floor hot water heating system.

Menzies Chrysler

We were contracted by Menzies Chrysler to remove a unit heater from their parts warehouse in Whitby and install a brand new rooftop heating and cooling package rooftop unit.  The main purpose of this unit installation was to provide a quieter heating system for the warehouse.  The unit heater operation made it impossible for the warehouse staff to use the telephone.

Also the warehouse not being air conditioned was causing the units serving the surrounding areas to work harder.  We supplied and installed a 4 ton Luxaire rooftop unit complete with duct system.  There was also a need for cooling in a second floor server room to prevent overheating of the devices in that room during the warmer months.
